Sparkle Peach Inc is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit located in St. Joseph, MO. Our mission is to provide feminine hygiene products such as tampons, pads, liners, feminine wipes, and bladder incontinence products to individuals in need.
As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for the following voluntary positions. Please note, some roles can be done remotely.
Vice Chair – The Vice Chair in the absence of the Chair or in the event of the Chair’s death, inability, or refusal to act, shall perform the duties of the Chair. (Preside at all board meetings and focus on the core functions of the organization.) The Vice Chair shall perform such other duties as assigned by the Chair or by the Board. This position requires a (1) year commitment.
Event Manager – The Events Manager will have lead responsibility for overseeing event planning, execution, follow up, and other event-related deliverables, as needed. This role requires experience working with the community, boards, business partners, and sponsors. The Event Manager will operate under the direction of the board. This position requires a (1) year commitment.
The requested positions require quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Working remotely will be considered.
